A) Sugar Plant:- We undertake design, development, manufacture, supply & erection of complete sugar, jaggery, distillery plants with power co-generation on turnkey basis & boiler up to 130 TPH capacity at pressure 87 kg/cm2 with temp. 540°C B) Boilers Plant:- 1. Water tube high pressure steam boilers capacity upto 150 tph for process industry and also for power co-generation pressure up to 105 kg/cm2 and superheater temperature upto 540°C based on multi fuel bagasse, husk, agrowaste, palm seeds, coal on furnace grates like chain grate stocker, dumping/pulsating grate, FBC/AFBC etc. 2. Water tube/D type upto 25tph on Oil/Gas or multifuel & fbc for coal/rice husk lignite etc. 3. Packaged shell type smoke tube, three pass wet back boilers on Oil / Solid Or multifuel upto 20 tph capacity & pressure upto 45 kg/cm2. 4. Composite hut type solid fuel boilers upto 20 tph at 21kg/cm2 suitable for agrowaste and fbc furnace for rice husk, coal etc. 5. Supply of Boiler Pressure Parts like Super Heater,Economisers, Steam Drum, Headers, Drum Internals, Bend Tubes, Air Heater,ESP, Wet Scrubber, Multicyclone Dust Collector, Steam Piping, PRV & PRDS, Piping etc. 6. Boiler Automation Like PLC/DCS,Three Elements Level, Attemperator System, Safety Instruments, Boiler Valves, Soot Blow Valves, Mobrey Controller, Steam Separator/Strainer, Safety Valves, Level Gauges, Forged Pipe Fittings, Flanges, Etc. 7) Steam Generator & Baby/ Hot Water Boiler, De-Aerator / CBD Tanks, Heat Exchangers, H.P.Heaters , Sterilizer Etc. 8) Modification/upgrate of existing boilers for higher capacity, fuel efficiency & to solve existing problem of steam generation and improve s.H. Temp. & Any kind of boiler modification.
