A small proprietary firm named Puri Industries was started in 1961 by Sh. Om Prakash Puri to manufacturer small Khandsari unit (sugar cane manufacturing) and Puri Industries was one of the leding manufacturer of crushers in 60's * 70's. Later, in late 70's & early 80's with the inspiration of Late Sh. D. D Sehgal (than Chairman of Leader Valves) Puri Industries got associated with M/S Leader Valves Ltd Jalandhar. In 1984 Puri Industries started manufacturing of PURI make C,I valves & cocks for Industrial use and later diversifed its range from C.I. valves to M.S./S.S. fabricated valves and got specialization in valves for Sugar Industries. Puri Industries revolutionize the concept of rubber seated valves in sugar industries which save valuable time & maintenance cost. Puri Industries modified & developed a lot of new valves for different critical applications in sugar mills like Pop Up Valves for Pump Duty (in place of sluice valve & NRV) Oblique valve (a latest design rubber seated stop valve with least pressure drop) Plunger type right angle valves (for cut over & washout lines and to handle massquit) Butter Fly Valves of size 1000MM to 1800MM (for vapour line juice heater and to regulate vapour or exhaust in bigger size piping) Steam jackted right angle valve (for sulphur Burners) S.S. fab. Double Beat Valves(for juice Heaters). Puri Industries introduced Pneumatic Valves for various applications like Pan Discharge Valve, Cut Over Valve (Plunger type) Condenser inlet valves, Pump valves on centrifugal machines which save the time & manpower drastically at affordable costing. We have introduced SS-304 Pneumatic cylinders in all our pneumatic valves to save maintenance cost and longer life of pneumatic systems. All our pneumatic valves are compatible with PLC and can easily be available on automation. We also provide complete automation package for valves with sensing from pressure, level, temp. etc. Puri Industries become an essential part of every sugar project for last 20 years catering the demand of major OEM's like ISGEC, Trivani, Uttam, SS Engg., Kay Iron, Shreejee, etc & participated in the execution of a lot of successful projects like Haidergarh, Kinauni, Ghaghra, Titawi, Rana, JHV, Hinganghat, Kedreshwar, Athani, Ramganesh, Ambedker SSK, Sharad SSk, Raver SSk, Adiwasi, Rozagaon, Nawabganj, Mukerian, Naher, Dasauya, Piccadilly, Ganpati, EID Passy, Venus etc. Moreover we exported valves to CFL Jamlaia, Ethopia sugar, Cantho Sugar Vietnam Nagarjun Vietnam, Everest Sugar Nepal etc. Puri Industries offers most innovative convenient and competive "Single Window" solution for all the Valves requirement of sugar industries.
